It’s Emotional

A wedding is a celebration of two people who have chosen forever. It’s a day when family and friends come together to show their support, their love and their happiness for this couple who was so lucky to find one another. So yes, the day is emotional.

Tears will definitely be shed. Smiles will be shared. Special moments will be going on throughout the entire day, whether they are planned or not. And, while the day is a whirlwind, and you may have or have not seen these things happening, you will definitely want to remember them forever.

If these special things are captured with a picture, then every time you look at that picture you will be taken back to that exact moment and you will, once again, feel the emotions you felt that day.

Whether it’s a special piece of jewelry,

A first look at your groom,

A hug with the first man you ever loved,

A chance to take a breath,

A loved one getting caught up in the moment,

A special dance,

Or a unique way of showing love,

You will want to remember every single emotional, touching, special moment of that day.

Love & Romance – Stewart Wedding – 08.19.12

Not only was the venue beautiful, the bride absolutely stunning and the weather perfect, but the obvious romance and love shared between this couple made the day a real dream come true.

Katie and Ian’s unique style and decorations accented the already gorgeous Crooked Willow Farms. The couple brought in their own furniture to ‘sprinkle’ around the cocktail and reception area, complete with a reserved rocking chair for Katie’s grandmother right by the dance floor. They invited their guests to walk through a door adorned with flowers and greenery to find their seat at the ceremony and named the dinner tables after different coffee types because after all, they did meet at a coffee shop. At the end of the night, the walkway was lined with lanterns to help light the way for the guests to see Katie and Ian off, as they ran through a shower of bird seed to the decorated vintage truck they ‘escaped’ in.

The couple’s wedding day could be described as magical with fresh flowers blossoming, the sky a perfect shade of blue, smiles shining brightly on everyone’s face and a couple who wasn’t shy about their love for each other.

Congratulations Ian and Katie on your happily ever after!

And Krista, you did it again – beautiful pictures! A huge thanks to Artessa Photography for sharing these memories. Click here to check out more pictures from this wedding.

Picture Perfect

Katie’s Dad drove her in this truck to the aisle at the beginning of the ceremony, Then, Katie & Ian used it as their getaway vehicle at the end of the evening. So fun!

Table names were held in place with wine corks tied together.

Words from our client :I enjoyed having a day-of coordinator do all the running around for me. She made sure EVERYTHING and eveyone was where they needed to be. I don’t know how brides would ever consider not having a coordinator. Sarah is organized, kind and patient. I felt like she cared about every detail I wanted to obtain. I appreciate that she helped me trouble-shoot and find solutions for our wedding day. Sarah and her team are very professional and hard working. Thank you Ansley Event Design! ” ~Katie (Bride)

You were worth your weight in gold. Jeff and I were able to enjoy and relax because you were on top of every detail. Thank you for being so dependable. It was truly a delight to work with you. I will recommend you with the utmost confidence.” ~Julie (Mother-of-the-Bride)

Mother Nature Agrees

With the right lighting, a picture can go from just a picture, to something magical.

There is something so perfect when a photographer captures a personal, serene moment between a bride and groom, making it seem like the sun is shining just for them, the sky is dancing in excitement or the lights are flickering just a little brighter.

The sky = beautiful

Tranquil

It’s as though this kiss has caused even the light bulbs to sparkle

Pure magic
